Kenya Cultural Book

When researching developing countries, I found Kenya to be quite compelling due to its diverse landscape and lively culture. I will admit that I never heard of Kenya prior to the creation of this book, but that only inspired me to continue researching and learning more. I decided to create an educational/travel based book since that would be most appropriate and ironic due to my initial ignorance.

Choosing just three topics was challenging at first, but after deciding what type of book I wanted to create, I chose to focus on one popular food dish, landmark, and cultural event found within Kenya. These topics were displayed through dynamic imagery and specific colors reminiscent of Kenyan traditions and the national flag. This book was eventually printed out and assembled using saddle stitch binding.
